General Information: |
Pricing:
Price does not include engraving or
lasering. Items that are
screen-printed or pad-printed
include one color imprint. There
will be a set-up charge.
Payment:
All orders are paid in full at
pick-up unless prior arrangements
have been made. A 50% deposit is
required on all items over $30.00.
No deposit is required if a company
or school purchase order is used.
Production
Time:
Our normal production time is five
working days for items made
in-house. Items screen-printed,
pad-printed, or embroidered require
longer. Call for details. Ground
shipping can add as much as a week.
Allow for that when you schedule.
Rush
Service:
Rush service is available for most
items. Please call to confirm that
we can meet your delivery date. Rush
charges range from 10% to 25% of the
entire order amount.
Artwork:
We must have a hard copy of all
engraving. This can be sent by fax
or e-mail. Logos have a one-time
charge of $45.00. All artwork is
subject to our approval.
Camera-ready artwork is required.
Business cards, letterheads or
photocopies are not suitable.
Electronic artwork can be used. We
use Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator
on a PC. Please send VECTOR artwork
only, in EPS form. Art that is
subject to touch-up is charged at
$45.00/hour.
Returns:
Any returns must be approved and
issued an authorization number.
Order
Cancellation:
For orders that are cancelled after
being put into production, you will
be billed for the work that has been
done up to the time of cancellation.

see what you want:
Just let us know. We can probably
get what you are looking for. Our
job is to satisfy you.
